  1. Every day

Work as normal. Admissions, fees, attendance, exams and reports run on your computer with no internet.

  2. About once a week

When the computer is online, Schooldarshi quietly asks our server for your latest subscription dates. It takes a few seconds and you do not need to do anything.

  3. If the internet is down

Nothing changes. The software keeps working for 7 days after its last successful check. You will see a small reminder only in the last couple of days.

  4. If it stays offline longer

The software asks you to connect to the internet once. As soon as it connects, it opens again, and you type nothing. Your records are untouched. A backup can still be downloaded at any time.

  5. If your school has no internet

Call us. We give you a code for your computer that keeps it running for a set number of days, and we can arrange a longer plan.

  6. When your year ends

We update your date on our server and your software picks it up. If you are a little late, you have 15 more days. Nothing to reinstall.

What is sent, exactly

  • Your licence code.
  • A coded identifier of the computer, made from its hardware so that one licence is not copied to many computers. It cannot be turned back into details about your computer.
  • The software version and the time.

That is all. No student, staff, fee or exam records, ever. Read the privacy page for the full detail.
